THOSE WERE THE GOOD TIMES, MATE!
also, if your interested (and Im mostly sure that you are /not/) I had a game where donald ducks nefews collected trash and sorted fruit to make money to buy toys, and a barbie game where I drove around getting ready for my date with ken, and even the classic "below the root". THat game freaks me out to this day.
By the way, nice picture

My judging is as follows: you did a good coloring job with the cell shading, shawdows seem to be in the right places and you even did two tones of shading. What I'm a little worried about is the color theme. It looks a little incoherent and there are too many heavily saturated colors that all try to steal the show. It makes it hard for the eyes to settle down on a specific detail, especially on the girls which are the main focus of the pic. A good thing would have been to lower the intensity of the colors on the backgrounds, or anything non-living, to give the characters more space to live out their thing.
But all in all, damn good job. You know what pic I'm waiting to see colored from you.

But I can agree with the background trying to fuse with the characters in the center. It is rather difficult to focus on detail when the background tries to, however, I tended not to try to "kill" the background into making it too dead or too colorless because the very castle plays a special role in the game, aswell the bloblike character in the background. So that's the reason why they are brightfully colored as the rest.
This is my first try so... I didn't expect any mad coloring skillz from my side either. And I probably won't do it again. XP

No seriously, working with a trackball, or computer mouse won't work on a longshot. That's why I considering giving the digital coloring a break, and focus on traditional inking and coloring with markers, till I collect enough funds for a wacom board or something similar.
